Creative ideas during lockdown

During lockdown, several workplaces were affected by the inability to create the same cohesion from remote workstations. However, we experienced many creative solutions among companies, and online events such as gin tastings and concerts became popular. One of our clients had hosted a series of online concerts during lockdown and promised their employees a real concert experience once everything returned back to normal – and they certainly delivered.

We gave them back what was lost

In close collaboration with Royal Arena, we organized a party for a client with the purpose of giving their 2500 guests “everything they missed out on” during lockdown.

We took up the challenge and received assistance from our client, who has an incredible event planning team. Together, we defined three events that many had missed during the pandemic:

• Wedding
• Festival
• Afterskiing

Royal Arena was the perfect venue, capable of accommodating the concert size that was planned as well as meeting the customer’s expectations.

Wedding Atmosphere

Guests arrived at a beautifully decorated wedding celebration with an archway, oysters, canapés, and beautiful bridesmaids serving welcome bubbles.

Festival Vibe

Afterward, they could move on to this year’s festival with food stalls serving everything from Thai cuisine to charcuterie and burgers, concerts, and large container bars. The VIP area provided a perfect view over the entire Royal Arena and the impressive artist lineup. Of course there were various activities and something for everyone at the bars.

Afterskiing

Afterski was presented with a snack bar, snow cannons, Jägerbombs, a DJ playing German hits while dressed in lederhosen and much more. They even set up a playground with arcade games, shuffleboard, and a selfie booth to enhance the festive atmosphere.

Our Role

We were responsible for practically everything, from planning to execution, well supported by the dedicated staff of Royal Arena. We spent most of a week setting up the celebration and taking everything down again. It was fantastic to see our ideas and the customer’s dreams come to life, and above all, to experience an entirely incomparable atmosphere – it was a party that no one will forget, neither them nor us.
