Royal Arena

During the lockdown, several workplaces were affected by not being able to create the same cohesion from home workplaces. However, we saw many creative solutions around, and online events such as gin tastings and concerts became popular. One of our clients had had a series of online concerts during the lockdown, and they promised their employees a real concert when everything went back to normal – and they got it, to that extent.

We gave them back what was lost.
We were contacted by the Royal Arena, who wanted to create a party for 2500 people with the aim of giving guests “everything they missed” during lockdown. We took up the challenge and got help from our client, who had a magnificent party selection. Together we defined 3 events that many had missed during corona:

After skiing

We found the perfect venue, which could capture the concert size that was planned for, as well as fulfill the expectations that we had. Guests arrived to a beautifully decorated wedding party with sports of honor, oysters, canapés and beautiful bridesmaids serving welcome bubbles.

After this, you could move on to this year’s festival with food stalls serving everything from Thai to charcuterie and burgers, live music and large container bars. The VIP lounge gave a view of the entire Royal Arena and the great artist line up. There was of course the possibility of playing beer bowling on site.

Afterski was presented with a snack bar, snow cannons, hunter bombs, nail blocks and a DJ with German drummers and lederhosen. There was even a playground with slot machines, shuffleboard and a selfie booth, which emphasized the good atmosphere.

We were responsible for practically everything, from planning to execution, well flanked by the Royal Arena’s permanent staff. We spent most of 1 week from the time we started building the party until it was all taken down again. Fantastic to see our thoughts and the employees’ dreams come true and not least to feel a completely incomparable atmosphere – it was a party no one will forget, neither them nor us.
